I had a serious situation where my unit was leaking water and damaging a neighboring units ceiling. They were able to come out right away and made a very thorough and professional assessment of the source. All the people I talked to on the phone and my plumber Lenny were efficient, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use them again.

We had water leaking from our boiler relief valve and a couple of different companies had no idea why it was leaking. Twice we replaced the relief valve and this did not help. We were spinning our wheels. Bruce Solomon figured out this difficult, puzzling situation, and saved us lots of time, money and headache. Solomon plumbing to the rescue!! (Danny was once again amazing).

Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air is a really good company. They recently came out and fixed a faucet in one bathroom, and a spigot in the shower in another. This was the second time I have used them. The first time I used them they installed a garbage disposal for me. I like how polite and courteous their techs are. They explain everything to you so you know what you are paying for. They are a quality company and you can be sure they know what they are doing!

The tech who currently works on my unit is an excellent diagnostician! He really knows what he is doing. He has a talent for finding out what is wrong. The crewmembers from Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air are always quite knowledgeable and are considerate of our home. I think we've met almost everyone at this point! They not only do a good job but while they're here they tend to point out potential issues done by other companies to make sure everything done to our home is done correctly. Not only that, if we ever have any issues they always come back and take care of it so we are satisfied.
